Ingredients:

– 2 large eggs

For the Cinnamon Filling:

– 1/2 cup (100 grams) granulated sugar

– 2 tablespoons ground cinnamon

– 1/4 cup (60 grams) unsalted butter, softened

For the Egg Wash

– 1 large egg

– 1 tablespoon water
