1. **Prepare the oven:**
– Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). 🔥
2. **Prepare the vegetables:**
– Mix the broccoli, red, yellow and orange peppers, carrots, zucchini, cherry tomatoes and garlic in a large bowl. 🌶️🥒🍅
3. **Prepare the cheese sauce:**
– Mix the low-fat cheese, low-fat milk, eggs, salt, pepper, dried basil and oregano in another bowl. 🧀🥛🥚🌿
4. **Assemble the baking dish:**
– Lightly grease a baking dish with oil or use shortening. 🧴
– Place the vegetables in the baking dish. 🍲
– Drizzle the prepared cheese sauce evenly over the vegetables. 🧀
5. **Preparation:**
– Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, until the vegetables are tender and the surface of the casserole is golden brown and bubbly. 🔥
